How are we doing?

Well, it took about 1,000 hours of work and 15 years of savings to get this business off the ground.  I guess you could say I have a vested interest in making sure that we succeed.  Are we doing OK?  Is there something we could do better?  Good or bad, I would REALLY like to hear from you.
